By burying metal cables in the floor, and by sending multi-frequency signals from them, it is possible to create a predetermined path for all vehicles intended for the handling of goods within a warehouse.
Thanks to the wire guide system it will therefore be possible to move continuously forklifts in total safety since the road they take is predictable and constant over time.
The wire, typically copper, is placed about 15-20 mm below the floor. This depth is optimal because it allows the perfect sending and reception of the signal, which is received and interpreted by the forklift which will understand the movement and the direction in which to go. Thanks to this technology it will no longer be necessary to install L-shaped guides on the floor.

No driving licenses or special courses are needed. The wire guide system adapts perfectly to your warehouse and allows it to be used immediately.

A wire-guided system is precise and allows the best speed of movement and access to the aisles, without the risk of collisions and damage to the guides, as in the case of mechanical guides.

The wire guide system adapts to small spaces. Your forklifts will be able to move safely even in very narrow aisles.

Fast logistics allows greater customer satisfaction. Speed up times by choosing to use the wire guide.
The wire guide system is compatible with most forklifts on the market, but is mostly applied with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), trilateral and retractable. The flexibility of this solution facilitates its application and dissemination.
These are self-driving vehicles which, following the path of the underground wire, move automatically and on an already established path.
All this is possible thanks to a detection system placed on the forklift that is able to receive and interpret the command that has arrived.

These are forklift trucks that have forks positioned perpendicular to the direction of travel, as opposed to classic models, which move goods in the same direction of movement.
They are used because they have limited maneuvering space and are therefore perfect for tight spaces which would complicate the movement and storage capacity of traditional forklift trucks.
There are many models on the market, which differ according to the material or shape of the load they have to carry. The main differences are in the size and shape of the forks.
The most classic application of these handling systems is the connection of two distant points in the warehouse; in this way the forklift will move autonomously and in total safety. Once the destination has been reached, the goods will be taken over by other industrial transporters, which are complementary to the AGVs and allow the best possible optimization.
Our company proposes the installation of wire-guided systems that allow handling systems, such as trilateral forklifts or AGVs, to move without the presence of L-shaped mechanical guides.
To minimize the dust emitted by cutting the floor, we use a water-lubricated blade which minimizes the side effects of this intervention. The next step is the burying of the single-pole cable, which will be equipped with a rubber pad whose task is to protect the emitter even in the event of movements or changes to the flooring. Finally, everything will be sealed with two-component resin.

In addition to the installation, we also take care of all interventions related to the maintenance and repair of industrial flooring. The most common interventions are the elimination of cracks, oily stains and detachment of the floor.
