The choice of materials
A long-lasting wire guide system is synonymous with meticulous installation and the high quality of the materials used. FL Car System has chosen to use the best materials on the market and to apply them in all its interventions in customer warehouses, for optimal performance and long life.
In addition to the classic electric conductor wire, necessary for the correct functioning of the guide wires, and the diamond cutting discs, used in the cutting of the floor both for wire guide laying operations and for repairs of damaged floors, below you can find the list of materials we use during our operations.
The materials we use
Here are the main materials we use:
- Self-leveling, elastic, walkable and waterproofing polyurethane flooring suitable for use even on surfaces subject to injury or infiltration. This material has the function of covering the guide wire.
- Mapefoam (by Mapei): special sheath inserted after the electric wire to create a protection between the wire and the seal, so as to leave a gap for the wire, which will be free to move.
- Specific resin for the repair of the flooring: epoxy resin with high mechanical resistance for the repair and filling of defects, lesions and missing parts of concrete floors and other materials.
